Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 5 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro or Italian parsley
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together until combined
- Serve over your favorite greens or in a lettuce/whole wheat wrap
