Tania loves working in every aspect of the business, whether that be improving warehouse and operational efficiencies, or working with the coaching team to better assist our franchisees. Her passion is working with people, coaching and mentoring them so they can reach their full potential. Her ability to recognize individuals’ strengths in order to utilize them for the benefit of the team is second to none. She is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton where she competed on their Track and Cross Country team. She still enjoys running, especially traveling to do organized 10K or 1/2 marathons with her father. She loves spending her free time outdoors walking her dogs and spending time with family and friends. Life motto: Lead by example, actions speak louder than words.
